Returns & Refunds (USA & International)
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds work:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return and must ship it back within 7 days.
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges are not offered. The best way to get a different size, color, or item is to return your order and place a new one.
Return Fees (USA):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which include:
A $5 flat return fee, plus
$1 restocking fee per item
How to Return (USA):
Email hello@fernebaby.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll send you a return label within 1-2 business day.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, which must be trackable.
Email hello@fernebaby.com with your order number, the item(s) being returned, and tracking information once shipped.
Return and restocking fees apply as outlined in the USA policy.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Email hello@fernebaby.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We’ll send you a return label and guide you through the process.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note that once we receive your package, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your account.
