For this collection, I was drawn to Antique Calico prints from the Civil War era. These prints were simplistic, with every curve thoughtfully designed and dyed in rich pigments—vibrant pinks, gem greens, and deep indigos. Following the war, fabric shortages led women to integrate the scraps into patchwork quilts, giving birth to beautiful coverlets.
It’s my hope that this collection welcomes your little into the world in all things good, soft, and organic.
